The international charitable organization “East Europe Foundation” within the framework of the implementation of the Program “Support for the practical implementation of energy management in the budgetary sphere of Ukraine and provision of reliable analytical data for the implementation of large-scale thermal modernization” (Power Up: Experience Sharing), which is implemented by East Europe Foundation within the framework of the project “Promoting energy efficiency and implementation of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine”, implemented by GIZ Ukraine on behalf of the Government of Germany and co-financed by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), announces a competition for the selection of an energy efficiency expert to provide services for the development of a user manual for the National Database of Energy and Performance Characteristics of Buildings and conducting seminars.
