East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian The E-Governance for Accountability and Participation (EGAP) Program, and upon request from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, is seeking a qualified contractor to develop and deploy offline applications for the national information and communication system: “Electronic System for the Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages, Tobacco Products, and Nicotine-Containing Liquids.”
