East Europe Foundation, within the framework of the Digitalisation for Growth, Integrity and Transparency Project (UK DIGIT), funded by UK International Development (UK Dev) of Great Britain and Northern Ireland through the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCDO), in accordance with the request from the Ministry for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, announces the search for ais seeking a contractor to provide services for the modernization of the Unified State Register of War Veterans in terms of developing a mechanism for transferring user data from the Unified State Register of War Veterans to the state digital services service “Diia” in the presence of a formed veteran’s e-certificate and the formation of an updated e-certificate based on the Unified State Register of War Veterans data.
