The opportunities portal was presented by Matvii Bidnyi, Minister of Youth and Sport of Ukraine, during the Ukrainian Youth Forum 2025: Youth Is Here! in Kyiv. The forum was attended by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko. The Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, implemented by East Europe Foundation, was a partner of the event.
The website contains information on grants, scholarships, competitions, youth exchanges, training, and internships. The platform will be updated and expanded.
The platform is currently beta-testing a dialogue assistant named “IZI” — an AI-powered chatbot. It is available in popular messengers, understands voice requests, and helps select personalised opportunities.
“We didn’t just create a portal. We created a mechanism that allows every voice to be heard. The ‘IZI’ assistant is a direct communication channel between you and the state. Together, we will make youth support policy truly targeted and effective,” emphasised Matvii Bidnyi.
“Modern youth expect fast, convenient, and personalised services — and that’s exactly what we aimed to make this platform. We are happy to support the project and participate in its creation, specifically in the technical development of the portal, which allows young people to more quickly find their path, their opportunities, and their voice in the state,” commented Victor Liakh, President of East Europe Foundation.
The youth opportunities platform was implemented with the coordinating support of the Council on Youth Affairs under the President of Ukraine, expert guidance from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, which is implemented by East Europe Foundation. The company PIPELOGICAI organised the development and beta-testing of the AI assistant.
