The International Charitable Organization “East Europe Foundation” within the framework of the Program “Support for the practical implementation of energy management in the budgetary sector of Ukraine and the provision of reliable analytical data for the implementation of large-scale thermal modernization” (Power Up: Experience Sharing), which is being implemented by East Europe Foundation as part of the project “Promoting Energy Efficiency and Implementation of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine,” carried out by GIZ Ukraine on behalf of the German Government and co-financed by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), announces a competition to select a contractor to provide services for the development of video instructions for users of the National Database of Energy and Operational Characteristics of Buildings.
