Public-private partnerships in GovTech

The panel discussion will focus on the role of public-private partnerships in GovTech and how they help maintain the operation of digital services in crisis conditions. Participants will discuss how effective cooperation between the state and business works and, through successful examples, demonstrate how governments and technology companies co-create solutions that scale and remain effective.

The discussion will be moderated by Robyn Scott, co-founder and CEO of Apolitical. The panel will feature representatives from the public sector and leaders of global technology companies, including:

  • Victor Liakh, President, East Europe Foundation
  • Marc Reinhardt, Executive Vice President, Global Public Sector Leader, Capgemini
  • Mike Gurney, Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs, IBM
  • Paul Lorimer, Corporate Vice President, Office 365 Enterprise and Cloud Engineering, Microsoft.
