East Europe Foundation is hiring Part-time IT Manager Assistant to provide comprehensive system and administrative support to the foundation’s IT infrastructure.

Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant IT proficiency certificates; at least 1 year experience overseeing IT functions for an organization; English proficiency a plus.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Manager Assistant oversees the proper functioning of all information and communications technologies for the foundation.
IT Manager Assistant provides system and administrative support to the foundation’s ICT infrastructure, including basic administration of 1C accounting system (no coding, system administration only).
IT Manager Assistant ensures that software/hardware throughout the foundation is maintained and appropriately and uniformly updated; controls all backup-and-restore solutions functioning, supports the foundation’s communications department in maintaining its web presence; provides online streaming of the foundation’s events, ensures that the foundation’s operations benefit from advancements and/or new technologies.
IT Manager Assistant ensures the maintenance of all office computers, LAN, printers and telecommunications equipment; provision of general technical support as needed; and the fulfillment of other responsibilities as assigned by the IT Manager.
