These videos produced by our regional partner, the Eastern Ukrainian Center for the Development of Local Democracy, described life stories of the five women who became internally displaced persons (IDP) in 2014.

It motivates and impresses with the power of spirit, the desire to continue to live and to appreciate life, the desire to be useful for society.

Stories about five women

Look how these women managed to overcome problems and start again from scratch. Now they are all engaged in business, quite different, and look confidently in the future.

The project is part of the EEF’s and ChildFund Deutschland’s joint effort “Social Entrepreneurship as an Innovative Mechanism for Social Development”, which is being implemented within the framework of the program “Promoting the development of a cross-sectoral partnership for the protection of the interests of children: joining IDP to active participants in the process” and is funded by ChildFund Deutschland and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany.
